We currently ship to customers in North America, including Canada and the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to other international destinations.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
FitNFood operates on a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers.
Estimated Delivery Times:

United States: 5–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or supplier location.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to update.

For shipments within North America:

If an order is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
