Refund Policy

At FitNFood, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and replacements are issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item received is incorrect

  • The item is missing from your order

  • The item is defective upon arrival

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our dropshipping business and hygiene considerations, the following items are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing unless otherwise required by law.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem (item and packaging)

Requests that do not include sufficient documentation may be delayed or denied.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is received:

  1. We will review your claim within 3–5 business days

  2. If approved, we will offer one of the following:

    • A replacement item (where available)

    • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Return Shipping

In most cases, returns are not required due to the dropshipping model.

If a return is required:

  • We will provide instructions

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the processing period:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider

  • Contact us at info@fitnfood.store for assistance

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost.

9. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including Canadian and U.S. consumer protection laws.
